What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship within Canada and the United States (US) with Canada Postand DHL Express as well as local pickup in Toronto, ON. Shipping methods will show at checkout  based on your shipping address. If you have more than one product in your cart please message us to get better shipping options.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. Shipping rates will be calculated during checkout. If you are purchasing more than one item please contact us to get better shipping options.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Shipping lead times vary and will depend on proximity to the store dispatch location, which is based in Etobicoke, ON Canada. If you are within Canada or the United States (US), expect shipping to take approximately 4 to 10 business days.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How Are Shipping Costs Calculated?

Shipping is calculated based on the shipping address provided at checkout relative to Etobicoke, ON Canada. Rates are calculated for both express and standard delivery. If your billing address is not your shipping address, please ensure that you select Ship to a different address checkbox at checkout.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

Placing an order is simple and quick. Click on any item and select Add to cart, follow the on-screen prompts, and ensure you have your credit card or Apple/Google Pay information handy for a speedy transaction. You will receive a confirmation email with your purchase.  

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can check your order status by logging into your account. To create an account, use the same email address that you used to complete your order. A link to set a new password will be sent to your email address.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to place an order; however, placing an order does require an email address and that’s the email that must be used when creating an account at our login page.

How Do I Track My Order?

You should expect to see delivery between 4 and 10 business days from the purchase date. If you would like to get an estimated ETA on your order, please send us an inquiry with your order ID number and we’ll be happy to provide you with an ETA.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you would like to return a product, please contact us and provide a brief description of the reason you would like to return the product. You should expect a response within 24 hours.
